This is VERY probably due to the fact that you either have a browser which does not support the HTTP/1.1 protocol or have somehow disabled HTTP/1.1 usage in your browser. Please refer to your web browser documentation to see how you can use/enable HTTP/1.1 instead of the older HTTP/1.0 protocol.
